Refund policy

At Satvic Tea Co., every blend is made with care and attention in small batches. Due to the perishable nature of our teas:

• All sales are final- we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• We cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Exceptions:

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days at info@satvicteaco.ca. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you get the correct product.
