At Satvic Tea Co., we carefully handcraft and pack each tea blend with love, ready to bring warmth and calm to your day.

Processing Time:

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

• Each order is lovingly packed, so please allow a little extra time during holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates & Methods:

• Flat rate $12 for standard shipping, free shipping for orders above $40 CAD.

• Orders are shipped across Ontario via Canada Post, with tracking provided.

• For local customers in Toronto, we also offer pickup options, please contact us to arrange.

Delivery Time:

• Standard shipping within Ontario typically takes 3–5 business days.

• Please note that shipping times may vary slightly depending on location and postal service delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us at info@satvicteaco.ca. We’ll work with you to find a solution.

Gift Orders:

• Want to send a cozy cup of Satvic to someone special? Add a note at checkout- we’ll include a handwritten tag for that personal touch.
